installing visual studio enterprise 2015 rc on windows 10 build 10130. dont know if related had windows sdk 10.0.10056 on machine , visual studio 2013 , first installed vs community 2015. have been uninstalled since , these errors on install attempt after of removed (i got same errors whilst on there).
